Project Description

Life Property Group advised in relation to the ambitious re-development of the iconic Brookvale Hotel site on Pittwater Road in Brookvale. With 6,180 sqm of land, three major street frontages and a significant change in levels of the site, it was a challenging assignment. After extensive negotiations with Council and an application to the Land and Environment Court, this development was approved.

The new facilities will include a new Brookvale Hotel with integrated drive-through bottle shop, a number of commercial suites including a 900 sqm showroom and 121 residential apartments.
